The company arranges a room (large enough for the planned number of participants) and I bring the rest (mats, myself and the necessary atmosphere)

During this teambuilding day, the focus is on movement,  awareness and reflection, where a day can look like this (in consultation):
 

- 8:30 Yoga

- 10:00 Break

- 10:30 Meditation

- 11:00 Lecture (body posture/language, use of voice, head full, daily routines)

- 12:00 Lunch

- 13:00 Mindfulness

- 2:00 PM Q&A

- 3:00 PM Restorative Yoga

workshop 1/2 day

During this half workshop day, the focus is on movement, awareness and reflection:
- 13:00 Restorative Yoga/Mindfulness
- 14:15 Lecture (body posture/language, use of voice, head full, daily routines)
- 15:00 Pause 
- 15:15 Meditation
- 15:45 Active Yoga
- 4:45 PM Q&A
