Sometimes we wake up and things just feel off. The answer for that is always: move! It doesn't have to be much, a little goes a long way and this is why I started my #easyonsundaymorning video series.
You can go for your regular run or you can do your regular yoga practice, these Sunday morning tutorials are there to do after or before your own routine and maybe it's all you do that day. It's a reminder that moving doesn't always have to be big and can sometimes be subtle and simple.
