In with the good / out what you don't need
This is one of my favorite things to focus on: breathe in the good and breathe out the bad. It's so simple, the inhale is positivity, the exhale is letting go.
Life can be challenging in so many different ways and it's always up to us to decide which way we want to look at what's happening. In my view there is always a silver lining, there is always something good or positive to find in the hard or difficult.
Our minds are the most powerful tool we have. Decide that you have the choice to take in the positive and let go of the negative, breathe in the good, let go of the bad, breathe in what you want to come to you and breathe out what you don't need. Enjoy!
