Sidestretch with my sidekick

This is an easy seated sidestretch where your body from the hip to the tips of the fingers is stretched. When you do the posture let the hip on the side you are stretching drop down heavy. That way you go a little deeper and get to the often forgotten muscles that are on top of the hip (and it feels soooo good!). My sidekick Jack is helping along ;-)
