Beyond teaching classes, I work one-on-one with thoughtful, intelligent women who are tired of trying to fix themselves.
Many of the women who come to me have complex (health) histories or current ones. They’ve read the books, tried the therapies, seen the specialists. They understand a lot, but still don’t feel truly at ease in their own bodies.
Our private sessions (via Zoom) are fully tailored to you.
We work with yoga, breath, nervous system regulation, meditation, and embodied inquiry, but there is no rigid method. I meet you where you are.
I listen deeply. And from that place, the session unfolds.
This work is not about pushing or optimizing. It’s about restoring a steadiness that's lost.
