Many of the women I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. They may have complex health histories, or current ones, periods of burnout, or deep life transitions behind them. They have done a lot of inner work already, yet something still feels unsettled.
They are strong, capable, responsible, and often deeply tired.
In our work together there is no performance. No pressure to improve, no rush to get anywhere.
We begin exactly where you are.
Using yoga, breathwork, meditation, and embodied inquiry, we create the conditions for steadiness. You learn how to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build a grounded relationship with yourself.
This work supports you in:
- feeling safe and at ease
- calming an overactive nervous system
- practicing presence on the mat and in real life
- navigating transition with clarity
- relating to yourself and others from a place of calm instead of stress.
If life feels too full, too loud, too demanding, this space allows you to soften without collapsing.
This is not traditional coaching. It is guided, embodied work that helps you internalize steadiness.
1:1 sessions via Zoom
Each session is tailored to you. We listen to what is present that day and from there the work unfolds.
This is your process, I hold the space, guide the practice and help you reconnect with what's already there.
I work with the S.T.E.A.D.Y method, a 6-step process I designed to guide women back to themselves. Each step helps you feel safe and grounded in your body, stay true to yourself and confidently claim your own space.

TOUCHING STORY
This is the story of Lisa (name altered for privacy), a young woman with severe anorexia, borderline and a desire to stop living.
Lisa had been in voluntary care and forced care, worked with therapists, diëticians and more. Some of them temporarily helped, but the desperation, struggle and pain always stayed.
"When Lisa's story came on my path, I was very touched. There was this family; a father, a mother and a daughter who was so sick, the parents were completely at their wits end. And there was Lisa, who struggled so much from body dysmorphia and a severe eating disorder, it was heartbreaking.
When her father told me about their story, I decided to reach out and offer my help. After working with many private clients, and having healed from an eating disorder and harsh self-image myself, I felt I could mean something to her.
I sent her my website and waited..... Two months later Lisa contacted me, and we decided to meet online to see if we're a good fit. We clicked immediately. She felt that I understood her and having a matching humor together helped significantly as well.
Very soon after that initial call we started weekly coaching sessions in which we talked, meditated, visualised, practiced mindfulness and did Yoga. Lisa learned how to be connected to her body and even appreciate parts of it."
Since our sessions Lisa has had significant changes in her life:
- she is able to handle tough situations without punishing herself
- she is able to allow feelings and emotions to be there instead of pushing them away
- she learned that acceptance is so much easier than fighting
- she learned to like parts of herself, sometimes even feel proud of herself
After a few months of private Yoga, Lisa decided to take a brave step; move away from the big city she lived in that came with harsh surroundings, an impersonal way of life, and no support system. She moved back to her hometown, something she never thought she'd do. This bravery and this move had an immediate impact on her wellbeing, and only a few days after moving back, love came on her path. One year later she's still in this loving and supportive relationship.
Lisa started to like and love things about herself, and is able to see her future again. She couldn't see that future at all when we started. She had lost that future, but now she's found it again, and even better, she's living it!
Lisa is well on her way to more healing and I couldn't be more proud of her.
