A place where you can slow down enough to truly listen. We're not trying to fix you or teach you another strategy. We're going to be fully present.
Many of the women I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. They may have complex health histories, or current ones, periods of burnout, or deep life transitions behind them. They have done a lot of inner work already, yet something still feels unsettled.
They are strong, capable, responsible, and often deeply tired.
In our work together there is no performance. No pressure to improve or a rush to get anywhere.
We begin exactly where you are.
Using yoga, breathwork, meditation, and embodied inquiry, we create the conditions for steadiness. You learn how to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build a grounded relationship with yourself.
This work supports you in:

- strength in body and mind
- calming an overactive nervous system
- practicing presence on the mat and in real life
- navigating transition with clarity
- relating to yourself and others from a place of calm instead of stress.

This is not traditional coaching. It is personal, guided, embodied work that helps you internalize lasting change from the inside out.
1:1 sessions via Zoom
Each session is tailored to you. We listen to what is present that day and from there the work unfolds.
This is your process, I hold the space, guide the practice and help you reconnect with what's already there, using the S.T.E.A.D.Y method, a 6-step process I designed to guide women back to themselves. Each step helps you feel safe and grounded in your body, stay true to yourself and confidently claim your own space.
