
Every Tuesday and Thursday there is a live Dutch Yoga class,from 6:30-7:00am Central European Time (Amsterdam). If you can't make those times both classes will be added to the library that same day, so you can practice along at a time that works for you.
The classes are 30 min because my firm believe with movement is that a little a lot goes a long way. After class you have the option to join my 15 min Tea Time.
As a member you'll have access to my Members Only page where you'll find a library of recorded zoom classes, recorded themed classes, meditations and more resources that benefit your practice.

Ideal if you want specific attention for a deeper issue, of if you just prefer to practice together instead of within a group. One-on-one sessions are catered to your needs, there can be talk, movement, meditation, visualisation, mindfulness or just Yoga. It all depends on what you want to focus on.

You can spread the course out over a whole week, doing one module at a time. This way you get to practice a little every day and establish a routine where you set yourself up for succes every day; literally taking all the stress or chaos in your mind away and feel calm.

A yoga class based on Ashtanga Yoga. A blend, and lighter version, of the primary and second series of traditional Ashtanga yoga.
