No and Yes. This course is for any level, all you need is a willingness to start. Instructions are very clear and detailed, that even an advanced Yogi who might have lost her spark will learn anew again.
+ what do I need to get started?
A space where you can be undisturbed. A Yoga mat and that's it.
+ how will this motivate me to do it?
Heleens way of instruction is inspiring. Her heart centered way of presenting the content will motivate you to do it, and if that's not enough, ask her any question and she'll get you on the mat.
