Hips, Shoulders, Rotator Cuff Sequence

Per request from a member we target the hips, the shoulders and the rotator cuffs. All three are widely stretched and worked in Yoga postures. This sequence is specifically designed to target all three specifically, so we leave the lesson feeling grounded, and strong throughout the body with a sense of openenes in the shoulders. A true feel good sequence.
