Moon Cycle - Short Version

The moon cycle is a series of 6 postures we practice at moon days. Moon days are perfect for slowing down and taking time for yourself. They stand for new beginnings. We finish off things that need finishing off and with that create space for the new to come in. Letting things flow in again. This session is a short version (30 min.) of the full version (60 min.). We start with 3 Surya Namaskars en move into 5 restorative postures. Things needed are: a blanket, a few pillows or a bolster if you have one.

Ideal during menstruation, moon days and when you want to treat yourself to a peaceful state.
